HM Customs and Excise regulations demand that we have your completed and signed VAT Exemption form in our possession before despatching your item.
If you believe you may be, or know you are eligible, Download the form, below (Word document), save it to your computer, print it out, fill in and sign it and Fax or Post to us - e-mail is no good for this as we have to see the actual signature on the form.
Place your order here on our website in the usual way, adding in the 'comments' field that you are sending a VAT Exemption form to us.
Make sure you get the completed form back to us as soon as possible. (FAX is faster)
