You will be a 'Guest' when you first enter our online store - You can Browse the Catalog, and add items to the Shopping Cart. (When you wish to 'Checkout', you will then be asked to 'log in' or 'register').
Registration makes the checkout process smoother and allows you to come back later to complete your order (more info) if you wish. Your details are not read or used by any third party. Make sure you subscribe to our mailing list whilst registering, for news of special offers and competitions!

Whilst browsing our online catalog you will notice 'VX' at the end of the title on a large amount of items.
The 'VX' means that the item can potentially be sold VAT FREE to any individual or organisation able to claim VAT Exemption. Click to more information about this [HERE]

We offer various payment options.
You can use the debit / credit card payment option without worry, Our server is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Any debit / credit card details are transferred to us fully encrypted, using industry standard 128 BIT encryption. You will notice the gold padlock on your browser's status bar, bottom right - and the web address (URL) in your web browser will change to https://... (s, for 'secure' - instead of just http://...).
We make the final card transaction from our premises *We do not hold your card details on record.
You may if you wish give us your debit / credit card payments over the telephone, separately - after placing an online order - there is a payment option for this. We will phone you after receiving your order to take your card details.
We also offer payment by Cheque or Postal / Money Order.

On first entering the Catalog, you will see the E-Commerce store's index page - to return to this page from any point within the store, click on 'Catalog' in the purple row just underneath our logo. ('Top' is our website Home Page). (can be seen in image, right)>>
Our products are separated into Categories, which are listed on the left hand side at all times (see image, right) - categories will highlight in orange as you rollover. Click whilst highlighted, to enter the category.
Some categories have products inside - this is a sub-category and is indicated by a further option, which pops out from the side of a category name. So you can click on that to go straight to that sub-category. (see image, right [2])

To find the product you want, you can also use the Quick Find field, located further down on the left hand side column, on any page, typing in keywords to find your item (see image, left)
(Advanced Search allows you to type keywords plus a price range.)

Browse the Categories or use the 'Quick Find' - when presented with items in our store Click on either the small image, or the title of the item - to find out more details, see larger image view and any available product options.

*Please note* All prices are displayed Excluding VAT - VAT at standard UK rate of 17.5% is added to your order total at the 'Checkout' stage. (If you are sending a VAT Exemption form to us to marry up to your order, it will still show VAT on your total in our store's Checkout, and in the email you receive after placing your order. If you are indeed eligible for VAT Exemption, this will be adjusted on your order total before we actually take payment.)

When you wish to add an item to the Shopping Cart
click on the 'Add to Cart' button and you will be presented with your shopping cart screen, where you can adjust the quantity of the item(s) there, or delete items if necessary. Make sure you press the 'Update' button after making changes in your cart. You can 'Continue Shopping' from this screen or go to 'Checkout'. (see image, below)

When you go to 'Checkout' you must first 'log in'; you will be presented with the log in screen, if you have not previously registered, you must register first to carry on with the purchasing process.

If you continue shopping, you will be able to see the contents of your cart displayed for you, in the Shopping Cart box, at the top of the right hand column. (see image,left)

The purchasing process is very straightforward.
You will be led through 3 screens with short forms, for Delivery Information, Payment Options, & Confirmation (you can add comments about your order at any point) - then Finish.

We have provided different payment methods for your convenience. (see image, below)

		After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming what you have purchased and you will also be notified when your order has been processed and despatched. If you have any further questions about using our online store, contact us.
