Delivery to mainland United Kingdom destinations
Orders under £100 goods value (excluding VAT) will attract a charge of £8.00 + VAT as a contribution towards packaging and carriage costs.
Orders over £100 goods (excluding VAT) are carriage paid!
Certain larger items will also attract a carriage charge of 5% of the purchase price.

Delivery to non-mainland United Kingdom Destinations
Charges for delivery to non-mainland UK destinations will reflect the actual cost involved.
Multisensory Environments will contact you prior to processing your order, should the actual cost of delivery exceed that shown on the order confirmation e-mail.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom
Charges for delivery outside the UK will reflect the actual cost involved. Charges are quoted based upon high-speed global courier service. However upon application surface freight can be arranged. Please contact us for a quotation

Quote for Surface Freight
Upon request Multisensory Environments will quote for the surface carriage of the goods you require. You are under no obligation to accept this quote. No payment will be taken without your acceptance. Multisensory Environments will contact you either by email or telephone.

Delivery Dates
Delivery dates quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Multisensory Environments shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or any consequence thereof.

Returns
Multisensory Environments will not accept back goods which are made to order or have a covering material colour chosen by the customer. Multisensory Environments will not accept any returns of Special Order goods.. Other products may only be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. Such products will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation, obtainable from our team of sales advisors. Without this number no return will be accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Goods and Liability
Multisensory Environments warrants that all goods supplied shall be of suitable quality and free of defects of material or workmanship and will replace or at its option repair all such faulty goods notified to it within twenty eight days of delivery. All other warranties conditions guarantees or representations express or implied are excluded and Multisensory Environments (apart from its liability to replace or repair faulty goods in accordance with these terms) shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever consequential or otherwise due to or caused by any defects or deficiencies in or by the use of goods supplied (other than liability for death or bodily injury caused by the negligence Environments Ltd.)
